Vacancies At A Real Estate Company in Port-Harcourt

Vacancies exist for the position of security supervisors, security personnel & Electrical Technical in a Real Estate company in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State

Security Supervisor and Security Personnel’s duties and include:

1.                  Access Control & Internal Patrol

2.                  On & Off of Generator and changing over to Generator at Houses

3.                  Routine Check of Generators and proper record keeping of generator usage

4.                  Operation of Water Heaters

5.                  Training of security personnel

6.                  Safety Compliance

7.                  Overseeing of all security matters

Minimum Qualifications: B.Sc., HND, S.S.C.E & Above (Experience as Security personnel an added advantage)

 

Electrical Technician’s duties will include:

1.                  Generally to make sure that all electrical connections and equipment are in good condition and serviced regularly

2.                  To make sure jobs assigned are done on time, thereby helping the company meet its agreed obligations to residents

Minimum Qualifications: HND or Trade Test or its equivalent (General Generator knowledge an added advantage)
