Job Title: Receptionist
Qualifications

Degree in communications, journalism or public relations. A strong background in the liberal arts is desired, but college courses in business, public speaking, psychology and advertising are also beneficial. Some companies hiring for public relations positions look for candidates with some educational experience in the industry in which they'll be working, i.e. finance or government. It is not considered a requirement for work in public relations, but a public relations specialist can be accredited if they are members of the Public Relations Society of America and participate in the accreditation process.

    Minimum of bachelors degree.
    Minimum of 3 years' working experience as an administrative staff
    Must be confident, professional and have a determination to succeed.
    Previous operational experience will be favourably looked upon
    Must be ambitious with the attitude to go above and beyond.

Description

    Co-ordination of all and front office activities, including deliveries, stationary and ad-hoc duties
    Be first point of contact of all visitors and to uphold the professionalism of the brand.
    Internal call management and transfer of external calls
    General cleanliness of office area
    Log and backup of registers
    Distribution of internal and external post
