Business Manager Vacancy At Titanium health Limited

Job Description
The Role:

The New Business Manager would be required to perform the following functions:

• Recruit new qualified associates into the business.
• Train and develop new recruits.
• Work with the marketing manager to achieve recruitment goals.
• Design and execute strategy to bring in new recruits into the business.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to recruits within his team.
• Manage career development of recruits by ensuring they achieve the requisite to become consultants.
• Create and manage log for recruits brought into the business.
• Send weekly stats based on this log to Marketing Manager on recruitment efforts.
• Contact, engage, follow-up, motivate and grow recruits.
• Perform other functions that would be expected of a New Business Manager as determined by the General Manager.


Qualification:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impressive leadership skills.
• A can-do spirit.
• Must be target driven.
• Must be hands-on and able to multitask.
• Must be pro-active, engaging and creative.
• A good list of qualified contacts would be an advantage.
• A flair for cooking would be an advantage.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Training:

The New Business Manager would go through an intensive training (within a 15 day period).

Salary:
To be negotiated during interview.
