business expansion has necessitated the recruitment of self-motivated and
experienced individuals with proven performance track records to fill the
following positions:
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER (IBADAN )
Reporting to the
General Manager (Property), and interfacing with all Departmental Heads and the
Company publics, both internal and external, the property, Manager is
responsible to the General Manager (Property) for all aspects of property
management functions of the company in line with the group’s policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Daily update of tenancy
schedule which includes vital details of rent payment, tenancy period, place of
tenancy’s employment, terms of payment and tenancy status,
·
Writing of rent reminders, rent
renewal letters, review letters and quit notices and serving of same
·
Creating a conductive interface
between tenants and the landlord (listening to tenant’s complaints while
ensuring the fulfillments of the landlord’s contractual obligations)
Qualifications and Experience
·
A good first degree in English
Management
·
Membership of the Nigerian
Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIEVS) is obligatory
·
An LLB, BL or a Masters degree
in Business, Project or Facility Management will be an added advantage
·
Minimum of 7 years experience.
3 yeas of which must be at Senior Management level in a cognate professional
firm or property management establishment
·
Ability to establish and
maintain effective relationship with clients, government
·
Highly articulate and numerate
·
High level proficiency in ICT
FACILITY MANAGER (IBADAN )
Reporting to the
Senior Property Manager (Ibadan )
and interfacing with all Departmental Heads and the Company. The Facility
Manager will be responsible for all aspects of facilities management in line
with the group’s policies
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Responsible for supervising
multi-disciplinary team of staff including maintenance and ground workers
·
Day-to-day security, clearing
and maintenance and general administrative services
·
Assist in property
acquisition/and/or letting
·
Planning and overseeing
building work
·
Lease management
·
Allocating and managing space
within buildings
·
Managing building maintenance
activities
·
Advising on energy efficiency
and cost-effectives
·
Regular repairs and renovation
works on all properties
·
Project managmene4t and
supervising/coordinating work of contractors
·
Any other lawful which may,
from to time, be assigned by management
Skills
·
Technically competent
·
Excellent problem solving

Interpersonal and communication

·
Procurement, contact management
and negotiation skill
·
Enforcement of SLA with contractors
·
Excellent reporting skills
·
Proficiency in relevant IT
packages

Qualifications and Experience
·
B.Sc./HND in Estate
Management/Facilities Management/Project Management or any related filed
·
Masters Degree in any of the
above will be an added advantage
·
Minimum of five (5) years
experience in similar position
HOUSE-KEEPER (IBADAN )
He will be
responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the whole
household employees of the Chief Executive’s Residence
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Assigns duties like cleaning,
cooking, washing and ironing to other household employees
·
Advices on house requirements
·
Supervises general and
administrative services for the whole household
·
Ensures that all assigned areas
of the home are clean, neat and tidy at all time
·
Notifies facilities/property
Manager on the need for any repair works
·
Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by
superiors
Qualifications and Experience
·
WAEC with 5 credits including
English
·
Be proficient in English
·
Able to communicate clearly
with superiors
·
Minimum of two (2) years
experience in similar position
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (LAGOS )
This role
provides executive support to the Executive Directors in the Group
Duties and Responsibilities
·
Managing the administrative
functions in the Group Head Office
·
Planning, organizing and
managing events and meetings
·
Attending high level meetings
on behalf of the Group and reporting thereon
·
Attending to correspondence at
inter-group level
·
Reviewing confidential emails
and correspondence with utmost discretion
Qualifications and Experience
·
A first degree in Law (LLB, BL)
or Humanities from a reputable university
·
An MBA or any other Master’s
degree is essential
·
Minimum of 7-10 years
experience of supporting an execution in a large organization
·
Excellent human relations and
interpersonal skills
·
Professional
qualification/membership of a recognized body
