A. SENIOR ACCOUNTANTS
QUALIFICAITONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
University degree in Accounting, Finance,
Economics or other areas with at least 18 years qualification. An MBA will be
an added advantage
·
Membership of ICAN or other professional
accounting bodies is mandatory
·
Background in company management and or Banking
operations
·
Experience in corporate finance and audit
B. SENIOR SALES AND
MARKETING MANAGERS
QUALIFICAITONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·
University degree in Accounting, Business
Administration, Social Sciences Engineering or any other related field. An MBA
will be an added advantage
·
A minimum of 15 years cognate experience in
professional selling and marketing preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Baling and
/or Telecommunications industry
·
Proven successful track record of delivering
growth
·
Provide strategic direction for the overall
operations of various sales units to achieve business plans
·
Excellent leadership and communication skills
·
Strong selling and negotiation skills
C. HEAD OF FOUNDATION
QUALIFICAITONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
University degree in relevant discipline. An MBA
will be an added advantage
·
A minimum of 15 years cognate experience in
cross functional project management
·
Proven experience is social and environmental
responsibility, community involvement and communications
·
Experience in meaning a very big foundation
·
Identify and implement joint sponsorships with
non-profit and other organization to demonstrate commitment externally
·
Craft CSR plans and work with relevant internal
stakeholders to implement
·
Excellent leadership and communication skills
·
Political and environmental awareness with
strong knowledge of how CSR influence stakeholder relations
D. SECRETARY
QUALIFICAITONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
HND or University degree in Secretaries or
Business Administration and other relevant fields with a minimum of 12 years
experience
·
Knowledge of MS Office suite and office
equipment operation
·
Experience in managing top executives at the Managing
Director/Chairman level
·
Experience in running a large secretariat
·
Very good communications skill and man
management
