1. HOD, TECHNICAL DESK
Duties are to ensure effective and efficient
deal origination, structuring and financing. Capabilities must include, good
business evaluation and IT skills. Attributes: excellent supervisory,
listening, coordinating skills, self starter and sound ethics and integrity are
a must have. B.Sc. Finance, Accounting or Economics, with 5 to 8 years
experience in financial/banking sector. CFA, ACAM ACCA certification is a must
2. OPERATIONS MANAGER
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, with 7-10 years
experience in dry goods haulage/logistics operation. Demonstrate the ability to
organize and efficiently manage people. The right candidate must possess strong
commercial acumen, excellent knowledge of budgets and financial planning. He
must be resourceful with a flexible outlook, have the ability to multi-task in
order to handle competing priorities and able to fit in to an international
dynamic and multi-cultural environment
3. TECHNICAL MANAGER
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, with 5 years
experience in logistics/haulage management. He will be in charge in Mechanics,
Welders, and panel Beaters. He will manage a fleet of trailers and other heavy
duty equipment. Ensure zero down time for all equipment. Plan and implement
preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage drivers/operators ensure
compliance to safety and company policies
4. SALES EXECUTIVES
Right candidates must have a first degree in
the Social Sciences, Humanities or Business Studies with at least 2 years post
NYSC experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent selling
and negotiation skills. Must be able to prepare proposals and quotes and
channel feedback appropriately
