Our company, a process driven, rapidly, expanding pharmaceutical company with wide range of pharmaceutical/health care products is seeking to recruit career minded, target driven focused, experienced and honest professionals to fill the following vacancies I our establishment.

1.                  NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

2.                  REGIONAL MANAGERS

3.                  MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful applicant will:

a.                   Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies for the company

b.                  Responsible for achieving the national sales target of the company

c.                   Supervise and monitor the national sales team

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants seeking to apply for the post of National sales Manager (NSM) must

i.                    Possess a minimum of a first degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm D) from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage

ii.                  Possess a minimum of ten years (10) relevant experience of which at least three years (3 yrs) must be at top management level

iii.                Possess an excellent track record of sales achievement

iv.                Possess excellent communication and computer skills

v.                  A strong sales and marketing orientation is needed

REGIONAL MANAGERS

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful applicants will

a)         Ensure implementation of company’s processes   and policies

b)         Ensure attainment of company’s regional sales target

c)         Supervise and manage the Medical Reps

d)         Manage and maintain the company’s distribution channels

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants seeking to apply for these positions must

i.                    Possess a B.Pharm/Pharm D or B.Sc. in Biological or Physical Sciences from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage

ii.                  Posses successful track record of sales achievement

iii.                Must have a minimum of six years (6 yrs) relevant experience of which two years (2) should be on managerial level.

iv.                Possess  a valid license

v.                  Posses excellent communication and computer skills

MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Reporting to the Regional Manager, The successful applicant will:

a.                   Effectively promote and detail/market the company’s range of ethical and OTC products to health care providers

b.                  Maintain optimal/healthy relationships with the company’s clients

c.                   Be responsible for company’s territorial sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for the position of Medical Representatives must:

i.                    Posses a B.Pharm/Pharm D or B.Sc. in Biological or Physical Sciences from a reputable institution

ii.                  Must be goal driven, focused and ready to think outside the box to achieve sales objectives

iii.                Possess a minimum of two years (2yrs) relevant sales experience

iv.                Possess a valid driving license

v.                  Possess excellent communication and computer skills
