Status: Part-time
Job Description:
This is a fast-paced, structured environment and requires the ability to multi-task while delivering high levels of customer service. Will be required to professionally and enthusiastically answer and route calls, greet visitors, and utilize an on-line knowledge base to answer questions via phone, email and online chat. Additional responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Answer and route calls
- Provide accurate responses and information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up as necessary
- Utilize on-line knowledge data base to answer questions about operations and services
- Research required information
- Complete call logs
- Work: Saturday and Sunday
- Relevant computer applications
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Effective Customer Service skills
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attentive to detail
- Initiative
- Good judgment
- Resilience and adaptability
- Able to remain calm and conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Team leader
- University Degree
- 1-3 Year Call Centre Experience
30-40K Monthly
