Call Centre Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Description

 This is a fast-paced, structured environment and requires the ability to multi-task while delivering high levels of customer service. Will be required to professionally and enthusiastically answer and route calls, greet visitors, and utilize an on-line knowledge base to answer questions via phone, email and online chat.

Responsibilities

  •  Answer and route calls
  • Provide accurate responses and information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up as necessary
  • Utilize on-line knowledge data base to answer questions about operations and services
  • Research required information
  • Complete call logs
  • Work Saturday and Sunday
Qualified Candidates must be proficient in these area :
  • Relevant computer applications
  • Strong Data Entry skills
  • Effective Customer Service skills
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Attentive to detai
  • Initiative
  • Good judgment

 Qualifications
  • University dgree
  • 1-3 year call centre experience
