Our Client is an amored machinery manufcturing company. Due to internal expansion, they have decided to hire an a Administrative Manager
Key Responsibilities
- To assist in the development of current and long term organizational goals and objectives as well policies and procedures of the company.
- Ensure that procurement and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to and are compatible with donor criteria.
- Ensure internal financial and administrative procedures are compatible with prevailing laws of the company’s procedures.
- Prepare and present annual financial statement up to external audits.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports, good spoken and written english
- Ability to use a computer and good knowledge of Microsoft
- Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines.
- Must have administrative experience
- Must be able to lead and/or manage people
- Analytical skills and decision making ability even in complex and sensitive situations.
Man Specification:
- Candidate must be a Female retired civil servant
Work experience
Candidate must have over 10 years experience on the job.
