Job Description:
The acquisition and maintenance of Guest Maintaining the required operating and service standards leading training and motivating staff implementation of the Guesthouse rules and regulations and disciplinary procedures reservation and booking of incoming and outgoing guest, handling and resolving guest complaints implementation and management of emergency procedures and planning maintaining rooms division margins and standards procurement maintain stock levels HR knowledge to enforce staff discipline daily, weekly monthly feedback reports.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification beneficial
- Dynamic resourceful and positive individual with attention to detail
- A strong background in managing hotel/guesthouse operations
- A high level of leadership and motivation skills
- Must be GUEST and service driven
- Must be trustworthy
- Must be able to work shifts and hours
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (word & excel)
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellency communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic to learn
- Well ground, presentable and professional manner
