Our company, a key player in the pharmaceutical industry with head office in Lagos, requires for immediate employment, result oriented individuals to fill the following vacant positions in our marketing and sales department.

REGIONAL MANAGER

The ideal candidates will be responsible for regional sales and collection budgets, performance and development of the Territory managers and Medical Representatives. He/she will be based in eastern Nigeria.

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

• A bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and duly registered with PCN, and MBA will be an advantage.
• 5-8 years experience in marketing and sales of pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of 2 years as an Area/District/Territory manager.
• Proven track record of consistent sales and coaching success
• Ability to develop sound business plans and meet and/or exceed corporate sales goals
• Motivate others to perform to their highest potential
• Valid driving licence with at least five years driving experience
• Sound working knowledge of computer on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and excellent presentation skills.

 

TERRITORY MANAGER

the successful candidates will be charged with the challenge of firmly establishing the company's brands among the healthcare professionals by providing effective leadership for the team of medical sales Representatives in his/her territory. He/she will be based in Eastern Nigeria.

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

• A bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) and duly registered with PCN
• 5 years working experience in marketing or pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of 2 years as a senior Medical Representative or a Territory/Area Manager.
• Good track record of achievements in previous employments.
• Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self confident, result oriented and possession of good managerial skills
• Valid driving licence with at least three years driving experience
• Good knowledge of computer on programs like MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and so on.
