| THE POSITION | QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE | JOB REQUIREMENTS |
| NATIONAL SALES MANAGER | · Must possess a minimum of B.Sc. or HND 2nd class lower in any discipline, preferably Arts or social science from a recognised university and polytechnic · Must be a computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Proven capability to work independently and must be and excellent team player · MBA and membership of relevant professional organization will be an added advantage · Not less than 6 years in similar industry and position | · Ability to lead in the revolutionary business development across the nation · Conceptualising & executing market programs, work closely with management and the sale team to map out marketing strategies and budgets · Develop regions specific strategies to maximise growth · General supervision of entire sales nationwide · Clear evidence of volume sales |
| INTERNAL AUDITOR | · Same as above but in addition · Must be a qualified accountant or ICAN P.E. 1 · At least 3 years experience in a standard audits firm | · Independent review of the achievement of company set goals · Identification of company functions that require close monitoring implementing appropriate audit programs for such areas. · Ensure that systems are in place for production of accurate accounting information · Regular updating, documentations and advise on changes in the government tax and other regulations · Conduct independent appraisal of monthly financial & other operations · Carry out periodic profitability assessment of stations in concert with regional heads |
| HEAD OF OPERATIONS | · Most possess a minimum of B.Sc. or HND (2nd Class Lower) in transport and Logistics from a recognised university or polytechnic · Must be a computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Proven capability to work independently and must be an excellent team player · Membership of relevant professional organisation will be added advantage · Not less than 5 years experience in a similar position and industry | · Supervision of company operations nationwide · Analyzing and presentation of relevant monthly operations data for management decision · Taking proactive measures to ensure seamless nationwide service delivery · With the Head of Accounts, manage the cost of operations · Compilation and regular updating data on recognised government road taxes · Monitoring of changes in transport costs within the country. |
| SALES EXECUTIVES | · Must possess a minimum of B.Sc. or HND (2nd Class Lower in any discipline, preferably Arts or social science from a recognised university or polytechnic · Must be a computer literate (MS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Proven capability to work independently and must be an excellent team player · Not less than 3 years in a similar industry and position | · Proven evidence of drive and determination to achieve targets · Good analytical and communications skills |
