4.       NURSERY ASSISTANT/CAREGIVERS

Qualification & Experience

High School Teacher – A University Degree in Education with 3 minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a well-structured school. Possession of M. (Ed) will be an added advantage

Primary Teachers- NCE and/or B.Ed with 4 years teaching experience. Possession of certificate in Primary Education will be an added advantage. Candidates must be willing and ready to display a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies across the classes.

Nursery Teachers – NCE and/or Certificate/Diploma in Montessori Education or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education with at least 3 years experience in handling Nursery classes

Care Givers: Teacher's Grade II Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education with a minimum of 3 years experience

-          Candidates with first degree in other fields can also apply provided he/she possess a PGDE certificate and have the required experience

General Requirements

All candidates must:

-          Be computer literate

-          Possess excellent interpersonal skills in relation to children parents and staff

-          Have strong commitment to school improvement
