QUANTITY SURVEYOR

(Location-Lagos)

Requirements:

·         B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University or Polytechnic,

·         Possession of professional qualifications, an added advantage

·         A self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision

·         Not less than 7 years experience in costs estimating and general quantity surveying practice.

·         Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills

·         Not more than 45 years of age:

ESTATE SURVEYOR

(Location-Lagos)

Requirements:

·         B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management from a recognized University or Polytechnic,

·         Possession of professional qualifications, an added advantage

·         A self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision

·         Not less than 3 years experience in Estate surveying and management

·         Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills

·         Not more than 30 years of age:
