EXCITING & CHALLENGING JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Our client, a strong & vibrant Conglomerate that is into Manufacturing, Real Estate, Securities & Investments, among other economic interests, seeks to fill the following key positions, as a result  of its business expansion & strategic repositioning drive.

A.            THE GROUP
1.            Company Secretary/Legal Adviser (KCL 01)
·         The Job – Maintaining the register of shareholders & monitoring changes in the share ownership structure if the Group, Summoning Board Meetings & rendering all secretarial services in Board meeting & advising on the Organization's compliance with all statutory rules & regulations & other legal issues providing necessary legal advice relating to health, safety & labor matters etc.
·         The Person – Must hold LL.B & B.L Masters degree in Law will be added advantage. Must have minimum of 5 years quality experience in a related function
2.            Group Human Resources Manager (KCL 02)
·         The Job – Overall strategic management of the Groups human resources including review organization structure, development of job Descriptions, & KPIs for all positions manpower planning: recruitment & on-boarding staff performance management training/manpower development compensation & welfare employee engagement discipline, maintenance of employee records etc.
·         The Person- The ideal candidate must have a good Bachelor degree or HND in  a social science discipline (MBA & /or membership of chattered institute of personnel management of Nigeria will be added advantage): Must have minimum of 5 years quality experience in HR Management function.
3.            Executive Assistant to the Chairman (KCL 03)
·         The Job- Maintaining an effective office management system for the Chairman's office planning the Chairman's itinerary and meetings, & providing secretariat support in such meetings receiving visitors & screening incoming mails & communications including making correspondences on behalf of the Chairman, representing or deputizing for the Chairman as may be required etc.
·         The Person – The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in Business/Social Science or other relevant disciplines. An MBA will be added advantage. Must have minimum of 4 years quality experience in related position.
4.            Corporate Affairs Officers (KCL 04)
·         The Job – Developing external communication strategy for the organization, including the management of the Group's brand value/public image: relating with the press, writing press releases & representing the company position on various public policies & issues: issuing & communication necessary information to staff as may be required, etc.
·         The Person – The Ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in Communication Arts or other relevant discipline. Must have minimum of 3 quality experience in related position
5.    Chief Security Officer (KCL 05)
·         The Job – Planning & ensuring execution of effective security strategy, policies & practices for the Group, managing & supervising all security personnel, developing policies & procedures to ensure the physical safety of all staff, visitors & physical assets investigating security breaches & making appropriate recommendations etc.
·         The Person – The ideal candidate must be an Ex-serviceman of the Nigerian Military or Police,. With minimum of 3 years working experience in similar position.
B             REAL ESTATE/PROPERTIES
 6.           Head Marketing (KCL 06)
·         The Job – Developing & execution of wining marketing & sales strategy, through good research & market/competitions analysis: prospecting for new clients and ensuring effective relationship management with existing clients: developing/recommending new products & services, managing the marketing team for maximum performance preparing appropriate sales report for strategic action etc.
·         The Person – The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in Estate Management. Must have minimum of 3 years quality experience in related position
7.            Business Development Executive (KCL 07)
·         The Job – Preparing, planning & managing the publication of all publicity materials to maximized brand promotion, creating marketing campaigns & working with the Company's external PR agency to ensure execution: creating new & innovative ways of marketing contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan supporting the marketing manager.
·         The Person- The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in Estate Management or any other relevant Business/Management discipline. Must have minimum of 3 years quality experience in related position.
8.            Accounting Officer (KCL 08)
·         The Job -  Will be responsible for: monitoring & coordinating revenue generating: preparing cash monthly cash analysis in coordination with other departments: preparing monthly reconciliation of all payment vouchers: ensuring that all necessary books of account are properly kept: keeping & updating fixed assed register & undertaking their regular verification: preparing bank reconciliation statements, among other duties & responsibilities.
·         The Person- The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in Estate Management. Must have minimum of 5 years quality experience in related position
9.            Operations Assistant (KCL 09)
·         The Job – Managing communication with customers & inquires: managing/responding to incoming mails, emails & phone calls with expertise: updating websites & other electronic portals to ensure that contents are accurate, up-to-date & impactful: keeping & maintain a detailed filing system: etc.
·         The Person- The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in a relevant Social or management Science. Must have minimum of 3 years quality experience in related position.
C             MANUFACTURING COMPANY
10.          Business Development Executive (KCL 10)
·         The Job - Preparing, planning & managing the publication of all publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion: creating marketing campaigns & working with the company's external PR agency to ensure execution: creating new & innovative ways of marketing: contributing to the annual sales & marketing plan: supporting marketing manager in marketing activities, etc.
·         The Person- The ideal candidate must possess a good Bachelor degree or HND in a relevant Social or Management Science. Must have minimum of 3 years quality experience in related position.
D.            SECURITIES & INVESTMENTS COMPANY
