1.            FEMALE RECEPTIONIST

·         A smart hardworking and diligent lady is required as a Front Desk Receptionist

·         Good written and oral English Language with telephone etiquette and personate personality

Qualification:

·         A good Diploma in Communication Arts or English Language with 2 years of experience

2.            A MALE SECRETARY TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

·         A professional with good knowledge of IT and use of computer, Resourceful, Proactive

·         He will be involved across all aspects of our business, with the primary objective to provide effective administrative support and back up to the Managing Director

Qualification:

·         A degree in Business Management or Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Secretary/PA to a CEO of an organization

3.            OFFICE MANGER

·         Matured with good knowledge of office practices

·         Ensures employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, company policies and procedures

Qualification:

·         A good degree in the Social Sciences or Art with 5 years of experience in office practice

4.            FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

·         Professional Accountant with good knowledge of finance

·         Prepare financial reports on projects and ensure financial accountability

Qualification:

·         B.Sc. Accounting/Finance with Membership of professional body

·         Over 5-7 years of experience

5.            ACCOUNTANTS

·         Professional Accountants

·         Preparation of account to Balance sheet

Qualification:

·         A good degree in Accountancy

·         Membership of professional Association will be a plus with 4 years experience

6.            BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER

·         A good Business oriented individual with ability to identify trendsetter ideas/opportunities

·         Ability to develop, negotiate and close business relationship

Qualification:

·         A degree in Business Management, Social Science or Engineering

·         5 years of experience in Business development

7.            RECRUITER

·         A professional HR Recruiter with vast experience in sourcing for talents and regulating Outsourcing Contracts

·         Generalist HR background is essential

Qualification:

·         Degree in Management/Social Sciences/Law with five years of experience in a similar position.
