POSITIONS	EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT & EXPERIENCE
Senior Manager, Business Development & strategic Planning –Ref 001 <!-more->	·        Must have a portfolio of projects successfully sourced and an active network in the oil and gas industry. ·        Must have experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities ·        Must have hands on experience in bidding for projects with the IOCs and NNPC ·        Must be able to develop, evaluate and build business case support for new strategic  initiatives and projects and highlight key commercial and strategic insights ·        Must be able to conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, support internal initiatives and evaluate organizational performance ·        Must have an understanding of and can interpret clearly RFQs for engineering projects ·        A good degree in an Engineering discipline ·        An MBA will be an added advantage ·        Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience will at least 6 years experience in a similar position in an oil & gas firm ·        Membership of COREN/NSE ·        Good communication skills ·        Good interpersonal skills
Business Development -  Engineer  Ref 002	·        A good degree in an Engineering discipline ·        A master will be an added advantage ·        Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position in an oil & gas firm ·        You must have demonstrated problem solving ability, excellent, analytical and strong communication (verbal and written) skills, and hands on can do attitude ·        Membership of COREN/NSE ·        Must be fluent in French or Portuguese
Engineering Manager (Local/Expatriate) – Ref 003	·        Must have experience managing an integrated engineering design Team in the Oil and Gas sector ·        Must have managed EPC in the range of $20 - $50 million ·        Some early engineering design experience is a requirement ·        He/she should have a minimum of 15 yrs post NYSC relevant experience ·        An MBA will be an added advantage ·        Must be able to network and effectively manage internal and external relationships
Cost Estimator – Ref 004	·         B.Sc. Quantity Survey or Civil engineering ·         Minimum of 6 years of practical experience ·         Must have experience in Oil & Gas projects, Power and infrastructural projects. ·         Project management certification ·         Familiar with cost risk analysis practices Excellent oral and written Communication.
Construction Engineer – Ref 005	·         B.Sc. In Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering ·         Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 5 in a similar position ·         Must have experience in construction of Oil & Gas facilities, and infrastructure. ·         You must have demonstrated problem solving ability, excellent, analytical and strong communication   (verbal and written) skills, and hands on can to attitude. ·         Membership of COREN/NSE
Crane Operators – Ref 006	·        Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience ·        Must have CASES certification issued by Bureau VERITAS or their equivalent.
