Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Client Servicing- maintain servicing standards/score cards on assigned clients.
- Manage internal relationships- working with data acquisition and general operations to ensure client deliverables
- Conduct quality checks as well as coverage analysis
- Ability to handle client on-site servicing
- Prepare client presentations using Analytical process from brief to actionable recommendations
- Conduct quality checks as well as coverage analysis
- Analyze and integrate various data and use such knowledge to support clients’ growth agenda
- Solve clients issues; simplify complex problems or issues
- Work with Head, Client Services to accomplish Nielsen’s go to market strategy for clients
- Proactively resolve clients’ issues by engaging other Nielsen support groups
- Ability to prioritize against multiple client demands.
Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals:
- Servicing of clients- contact reports, resolving data queries, receiving and querying briefs
- Preparing presentations to clients
- Understanding of marketing concepts that enables one to drive marketing actions from research results
- Managing internal relationships; with support teams to ensure timely client deliverables
- Conducting quality checks and coverage analysis.
- Preparing Analytics for internal/external use
