Main Respornsibilities.
Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the processing plant and feed mill, including financials, production, procurement, health and safety, quality assurance, human resources, marketing
and sales.
Manage all aspects of the FRF's covering hatchery, day-old chicks, processing.
Provide direction, leadership and motivation to management and employees to ensure maximum resource utilization to achieve productivity, operation efficiency, quality and competitive financial objectives.
Budget formulation and implementation.
Build customer relationships.
Desired Skills and Experience
B.Sc degree (agric/feed) or similar.
Minunum of 10 years experience in a poultry processing plant of which at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
Strategic thinker.
Strong financial mangements skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Assertive, problem solving skills..
