DST Senior Operator 1 (13741)
Purpose of the Job and Key AccountabilitiesThe role of the Field Service Operator (DST/TCP) is to perform Drill Stem Test and/or TCP operations within the field safely, effectively and efficiently such that this revenue stream can build upon a growing track record of excellence.
Ensures full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company / Customer HSE Handbooks, HSE Procedures.
Carry out DST and/or TCP operations in both offshore and onshore field locations
Carry out planning activities, which may include client meetings. This includes string design.
Perform equipment preparation activities and job load out for the designated operation
Participate in formal on worksite training programs with a view to moving to supervisory or specialist role
Work closely with other DST/TCP Supervisors and Operators both at region and global level to share information
Assist Business Development personnel with information and client meetings as required
Assist with awareness training on DST and TCP within region
Effectively communicate with peers and management regardless of location or time zone
Travel throughout SSA region as required, with potential for travel to other regions occasionally.
The sucessful candidate must posees a minimum of HND/Bachelor in Engineering with at least 7 years experience DST/TCP operational expereince

Workshop/Maintenance Technician 3 (13621)
Purpose of the Job and Key AccountabilitiesTo maintain Subsea equipment onshore in a safe and cost effective manner and ensuring early mobilisation of equipment to allow client conduct successful and safe operations.
Successful equipment maintenance and timely mobilisation allowing client to complete operations safely.
Ensuring Equipment is fit for purpose - this is essential for the success of operations.
Ensures maintenance related activities are carried out in a safe, efficient, professional and cost effective manner which complies fully with contractual and in-house specification.
Subordinates to be given concise instruction and meaningful tuition allowing them to develop skills and become competent.
Accurate completion of maintenance Job Card to allow effective maintenance traceability.
Active participation in improving the Quality Management System where practicable
To broaden scope of knowledge to become a more flexible member of the team through competency system.
To be able to conduct subsea equipment maintenance unsupervised.
Close liaison with Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Foreman and Subsea coordinator on issues bothering on equipment maintenance and quality
Be flexible in times of urgency and be prepared to travel offshore and assist with trouble shooting if deemed necessary.
The sucessful candidate must posees a minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years workshop and maintenance experience.
