Oriflame recruiting Area Sales Manager

Oriflame is now looking for an Area Sales Manager to further strengthen our team.

Oriflame is looking for a passionate sales manager to support and inspire our members. The Area Sales Manager works with directly inspire our members and support them in every aspect of the business. It is a very hands on job with personal interactions every day. The Area Sales Manager works as the face outwards towards the consultants from the company. Your responsibilities



            Leadership development (40%)
            ■The key link between employed management and the independent Sales Force and the independent members
            ■Conduct different Oriflame trainings to the members
            ■Organize regular meetings with members and follow up on targets
            ■Hold Business Planning Sessions with the individual assigned 40-50 members
            ■Meet regularly with the members to discuss strategies, results etc.
            ■Praise and motivate members to continuous improvement in performance

            Sales force (40%)
            ■Create fun and energetic environment in Service Centers
            ■Once monthly Management meeting with Sales Director
            ■Organize and coordinate different prospecting activities with the members
            ■Hold training sessions in line with company’s training programs
            ■Plan, organize and supervise different level event with the members and guarantee maximum of recruitment from each event
            ■Consistently convey the message of growth through selling and sponsoring
            ■Boost performance of core team through the members

            Employed Sales Management (20%)
            ■Monitor and analyze results in the area through company systems and reports.
            ■Recruitment and leadership target achievement of region
            ■Plans follow up action on a monthly basis to focus on achievements, challenges and problems
            ■Discuss results with members and take appropriate actions related to set targets
            ■Spend time with those people who will make a difference to overall results
            ■Written monthly reports related to results, analysis and planned actions presented to Sales Director
