Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities
To maintain good relationship with customers
Act as interface between customers and the company
Timely submission of invoices/job cards to customers, based on ledger card entries and follow up for payments
Regular reconciliation of customers account and ensure that debts are not accumulated
Report complaints promptly to CMS/Technical team for proper management
Generate monthly report for customer service manager
Know details of customers account
Reconciliation of customer statement of account with SUN system
Monitor WIP to ensure that all job cards are closed as at when due
.Generate new customers
Monitor and pick up WHT certificates from customers
Any other duties as assigned by the CMS
Requirements
BSC/HND in related disciplines
A good knowledge of accounting is required
A minimum of three years working experience in customer care is required.
