Leading Property Development company recruiting in Accounts, Estate Management and Maintenance

VACANCY
We are a leading Property Development and Facility Management Company with Head Office in Lagos.
As a result of re engineering in our units, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment as:
ACCOUNT OFFICER:
·        B.Sc. /HND in Accounting with Upper Credit or Second Class Upper division from a recognized institution.
·        General Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point, Corel Draw and applicable Peachtree Software)

·        Keeping records that conform to Tax Laws and provide financial data for business management and interfacing with Banks and Contractors.
·        Minimum of 7 years experience and within 30 - 40 years age bracket.
ESTATE OFFICER:
·        B.Sc. /HND in Estate Management with Upper Credit or Second Class Upper division
·        Possession and membership of NIESV is essential
·        Appreciable knowledge of Microsoft package is mandatory
·        A minimum of 5-8 years year’s working experience in a facility management company / construction and real estate is desirable.
·        Within 30-40 years age bracket.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:
Labour and productivity Trade 1, 11, 111, and OND with 5-10 years experience between 25-35 years of age.
(1.)  Electrical Technician
(2.)  Refrigerator & Air conditional
(3.)  Store Keepers
(4.)  Plumbing
(5.)  Gardner: experience in Industrial generation will be an added advantage.
DRIVER: With a valid License preferably between age 30-45 years who lives around Omole, Ogba, Ojodu/Berger will be considered.
