Giant Beverages recruiting in 7 Positions

Giant Beverages is a new manufacturer and bottler of all natural healthy as well as functional beverages. Our products are produced with the finest natural ingredients in the beverage industry. We are searching for self-motivated, experienced professionals to fill the vacant position on our team.

AUTOMOBILE MECHANICS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, fire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing fitters.
Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
7 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs of trucks and heavy duty engines

DEPUTY PRODUCTION MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Supervise all aspects of factory operations and ensure that set production targets are met.
Supervise production supervisors and ensure safe and appropriate conduct.
Monitor production efficiency and material utilization white ensuring that optimum output and product quality are achieved and product availability meet market demand
Develop production weekly and monthly reports for management
Collaborate with technicians on preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that all machine breakdowns are promptly resolved.
Laise with Quality Control to ensure that all products and materials meal the required quality specifications,

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
B.Sc/B.Tech/HND Food tech/Engineering or related discipline
6 - 8 years’ experience working as a Supervisor/Production Engineer in a coverage manufacturing factory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy required

HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources & Administration Manager, will be responsible for various HR and administration duties throughout the office including recruitment, mobilisation, welfare, strategic planning and training, and general administration.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Heading the department of HR& Administration with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization including project staff
Translating the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development
Managing general HR practices such as recruitment staffing performance management system, staff orientation development and training compensation and benefits administration
Managing employee relations conflict resolution, welfare employee services, organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings counselling
Managing labour law and other regulatory policy compliance
Managing general administration matters including ensuring general sanitation of the premises, etc.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
At least a first degree in Humanities, Second degree will be an added advantage
5 years cognate experience in a similar management role
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and also good command of oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in use of computers

ACCOUNTING OFFICERS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Maintenance of alt required reports in an organized file system for future retrieval as needed Responsible for performing the collection of all accounts receivable.
Verify and manage alt payables
Perform daily cash receipts, deposits, expenses and reports.
Assist with administering payroll, staff expense claims and maintaining petty cash for the office.
Organization and tracking of purchase orders and invoices, and preparation of monthly and annual budgets

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
B.Sc in Accounting
2 years cognate experience in a similar rote
Strong analytical skills and also skilled in written and oral communication in English language
Proficient in use of computers

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Chief Accountant will ensure the effective and efficient management of the financial and accounting function of the company in terms of revenue collection and disbursement, financial controls, policy compliance and periodic rendition of accounts and reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Develop, control and monitor Financial Policy in the Company to ensure compliance and consistency in Accounting management
Participate in Sales and Revenue Collection to check the incidence of bad debts
Responsible for Inventory and Assets Management in the Company in order to ensure that company assets are protected
Provide payment control systems and procedures to check tosses due to fraud
Responsible for Financial Accounting and Reporting for the Company as an input for consideration into corporate accounts
Ensure that transactions with customers are accurately recorded Desired

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
B.Sc in Accounting, and CAN Certification
5 years cognate experience in a similar management rote
Good negotiation skills, good command over oral and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in use of computers
