1.      GENERAL MANAGER

B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Civil or Building Engineering.

Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in Building Construction and management

2.      PROJECT MANAGERS

B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Civil or Building Engineering.

Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in Building Construction and management

3.      SITE ENGINEERS

B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Civil or Building Engineering with a minimum of 4 years cognate experience in Building Construction and management

4.      SITE SUPERVISORS

City and Guild Certificate (Building) with 10 years on the job experience

5.      QUANTITY SUPERVISORS

B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying with minimum of 7 years practical experience.

6.      SAFETY ENGINEERS

B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or Applied Sciences with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
