Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Abuja
Summary Responsibilities and Accountabilities.
Ensure the maximization of the revenue base of the Hotel.
Introduce plans and initiatives that will increase patronage and profit.
Promote the Hotel to meet customer needs.
Work closely with staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time at the hotel.
Customize and project the hotels brand in all the Customer programs and high end points.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
First Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field, 3 years experience in similar role. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and use of the internet.
Basic understanding of budgets and budget preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self Motivation and Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
Ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively. Good negotiation skills. High integrity.
Remuneration
