Investment Company in Lagos recruiting in Multiple positions

VACANCIES
Our client is an investment company located in Lagos and requires the services of the following personnel to drive its operations. The individual will work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team to perform the function required.
POSITION: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER:
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.       Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team
2.       Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

3.       Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
4.       Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet
5.       Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
6.       Financial modeling and analysis
7.       Cash management and treasury duties
8.       Ensuring that appropriate system s and internal controls are implemented and maintained
9.       Overseeing the Payroll process
10.   Preparation of VAT returns
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT/EXPERIENCE:
B.Sc. Accounting, M.Sc.  Finance, ACA, CIMA or ACCA with at least 5 years experience.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
·         Budgeting and forecasting
·         Financial analysis, variance analysis and break even analysis and performance analysis
·         Improve financial controls
·         Balance sheet management
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
·         Advanced Excel modeling skills
·         Report writing skills
·         Analytical skills
