We are a key player in Vaccine and Medical Consumables and have Distribution partnerships with key Medical Consumables Companies in the world. In furtherance of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire well qualified and tested professionals to fill various vacancies across the company.
1. Administrative Assistant
• Assist the admin function so as to ensure operational effectiveness
• Provide administrative support for the sales and marking team
• Ensure that the logistics team follows the laid standard operating procedure
• Ensure that all statutory renewals i.e insurance, DPR license, vehicle license, road worthiness etc are done as when they become due.
• In collaboration with sales and marketing, smooth and efficient representation of the company at exhibitions and confirmed orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. In addition, track and monitor all pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Dispatch Personnel
• Deliver products to clients whilst maintaining cold chain integrity
• Ensure that deliveries are done on time
• In collaboration with sales plan an effective logistics chart on a daily basis
Minimum Qualification and Competencies for 1
• Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma in any of the social sciences from a reputable Polytechnic.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent computer skills i.e Microsoft excel, power point and Microsoft word.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to build new relationships as well as service existing relationships.
Minimum Qualification and Competencies for
• Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos
• Good written and oral skills.
