Construction Company recruiting TECHNICAL SALESPERSON / APPLICATION ENGINEERS.

VACANCY

Our firm, an allied construction company requires the services of TECHNICAL SALESPERSON / APPLICATION ENGINEERS.

Responsibilities of this demanding position include the following:

Identifying new customers and Construction Products applications, continual follow-up with existing customers, processing reports from quote to sales, attending trade shows. Creating effective technical presentations and preparing technical proposals detailing company products and services.

Requirements;

1.                  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Material Science Course.

2.                  Must have 2-5 years sales experience in the building industry and possess the ability work with clients.

3.                  Must be target driven, a team player and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

4.                  Must be able to multi-task effectively, willing to travel and understand diverse stages of the building construction.

5.                  Must have excellent customer presence and presentation skills

6.                  Excellent verbal communication skills

7.                  Ability to write accurate comprehensive Reports.

8.                  Ability to bring innovative “out -of-the box” solutions to problems

9.                  A working knowledge of computer software for word processing, graphics and spread sheets is also required.

Remuneration:

The successful candidates will be provided a salary commensurate with experience, other incentives include but not limited to bonus opportunities and a family-friendly work environment.
