Job Description:
Our client is an independent engineering company delivering innovative solutions to the oil & gas sector in France, US, Singapore, Malaysia and Denmark.

They are currently looking for Subsea / Riser Engineers to satisfy an increase in customer demand for oil and gas subsea system units: pipelines, risers, oil export systems, umbilicals etc.
Their scope of services for SURF activities covers :

Pre-project and feasibility studies
Design and FEED studies
SURF detailed engineering packages
Independent design verification analysis
Ancillary equipments design: bend stiffener or restrictor, and installation aids
Expertise in hydrodynamics, vortex induced vibrations; structure in any type of risers systems
Expertise and analysis for installation of pipelines, risers and subsea equipments
Research and development projects and JIP

Responsibilities:
Modeling of structures in hydrodynamics software (DeepLines, Diodore, Orcaflex, Flexcom)
Analysis according oil and gas standards: Api, ABS, Dnv, Bv, Gl, Eurocode etc
Write and check calculation notes, analysis reports, specification of materials
Supplier's follow up, technical assistance to customers during the study phase
Support to the commercial department: writing of offers

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in engineering (Naval architecture, Ocean, Mechanical or Marine)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with design and engineering of offshore subsea structures
Experience with some of the following software: DIODOE, DEEPLINES, ORCAFLEX, FLEXCOM
Good communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French is a clear asset
A good team player. Self-motivated with a drive for results, improvement and innovation
