JOB TITLE: TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS
LOCATION: Lagos
MAIN DUTIES:
Seeking and generating new businesses
Liasing between clients and candidates
Search and selection of candidates (Permanents, Contractors and Temps)
Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability
Candidates registration and placements
CV management.

REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 1-year recruitment, or sales & marketing experience
A strong interview and telephone skills and manner
A strong IT background
Formal education background
Must be a career minded person
REMUNERATION:
The first 3 months, comm. Only on business executed/achieved.
Negotiable salary + Comm from the 4th month.
OTHER BENEFITS:

ESSENTIALS:
Formal Recruitment or Sales experience is required. You will need perseverance, professionalism and the ability to follow instructions, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Company policies and procedures must be up held at all times.
Additional training will be provided.
