- QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM OF OND IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED DISCIPLINE
- AGE LIMIT: BELOW 35 YEARS
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly experienced in store keeping and requisition of item
- Highly organised and ability cope with multiple demands
- Proficient use of computer and internet facilities
- Good knowledge of MS office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Knowledge about Archive administration and management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Allocation of consumables to units and staff members
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Takes proper and accurate records using the required programs/facilities
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items
- Receives, arrange, preserve and record materials and consumables
- Record cancelled and damaged items
- Updates job knowledge by participating in training/educational opportunities
- Maintains the storehouse and archive records and keeps store(s) and archive areas in neat and orderly manner
- Any other related assignment to job function
