Job Description: The Human Resources Manager will advise and support management on the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Requirements

Candidate should have 5 -7 years experience of working in a structured environment and should be versatile with HR systems, staff resource planning and strategy, staff recruitment, development, motivation, management, training and performance management.


 Required skill set includes strong written/verbal communications, creative problem solving and conflict management, and strong computer skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ability to develop solid relationships with all levels of staff essential.

 A professional qualification/Masters degree related to Human Resource Management would be an added advantage.

LOCATION
The company is a Facilities Management company located at Ikoyi in Lagos State Nigeria. Only candidates living in Lagos State should apply.
