A leading Property Investment Company and manufacturer of household products located in Lagos providing Top Range Residential/Office Accommodation for Top executives and varieties of high quality household products requires for immediate employment, the following professionals.

SITE ENGINEERS:

Applicants should possess at least 20 years experience, with management skill, result oriented with proven track records in similar industry, must be COREN certified.

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc

HEAD OF PRODUCTIONS:

Applicants should possess at least 15 years experience, with management skill, result oriented with proven track records producing varieties of plastic and household products.

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc (Msc and member of professional body will be an advantage).

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS:

Applicants should possess at least 10 years experience, preferably with COREN certification and with vast experience in HT/LV Electrical works.

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc

CIVIL ENGINEERS/BUILDING TECHNOLOGIST:

Applicants should possess at least 10 years experience, preferably with COREN certification and with vast experience in HT/LV Electrical works.

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc

CIVIL ENGINEERS/BUILDING TECHNOLOGIST:

Applicants should possess at least 10 years experience preferably with COREN certification and also with Structural Drawing/interpretation experience.

Minimum qualification: HND, B.sc, B.Tech.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER:

Applicants should be result oriented, seasoned and resourceful professional with at least 10 years experience with proven records.

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

He must have worked in High rise buildings.

INDUSTRIAL SECRETARY:

Applicants should possess at least 8 years experience in Research and Project Development with sound Knowledge of Words, Power Point & Core Draw.

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc Secretarial Studies, Public Admin.

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER:

Applicants should possess at least 15 years experience in a reputable company, Government Ministries, Agencies or Parastatals with Strong communication and people management skills

Minimum qualification: HND/B.sc
