Develop and archive annual regional sales plan
Management all aspects of the sales process from analysis of customers initial sated requirements through formal pro forma quotation to receipt of order and timely fulfillment
Train and coach regional distributors' sales staff to ensure the highest level of technical and commercial competence
Maintain close contact with regional distributors and final end uses through regular country visits to ensure close and positive business relationships
Ensure that regional distributors and customers and fully trained on all technical aspects of the Wayne product range
Ensure all regional distributor agreements are current
Co-ordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations; Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar technical sales role in West Africa
Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
Prepared and able to travel throughout region
