The Grants Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the grants activities of the
Nigeria MAPS Project. S/he will oversee and monitor the implementation of
activities, reporting, communications, and other functions to ensure successful
execution of MAPS-awarded grants to up to 30 community-based organizations
(CBOs) in seven states in Nigeria .
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·
Bsc.
in Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields required. Master’s
degree preferred.
·
Minimum
of six years post NYSC relevant experience working with grants management,
which includes at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
·
Prior
experience working for an international NGO strongly preferred.
·
Experience
and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organizations’
rules and regulations is required.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of
cross-cutting functions among departments on the Nigeria MAPS Project. The
Operations Manager will ensure and improve upon the efficiency of the projects
implementation, internal operating procedures, and human resource functions,
among other tasks. The position will require significant daily coordination
among departments, state offices, and the FHI 360 Country Office and will be
responsible for directly overseeing operations and procurement staff located in
Abuja .

required. Master’s degree preferred

Minimum
of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years’ experience in a
managerial role required.
·
Prior
experience working for an international NGO strongly preferred.
·
Experience
and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organization’s
rules and regulations required.
The Procurement Officer will manage activities related to the procurement of materials,
services, and equipment required by the MAPS Project, in collaboration with the
Program & Admin Officer. S/he will be accountable for ensuring full
compliance with USAID and FHI 360 regulations and protocols, and will
coordinate closely with the operations, finance, and technical teams to develop
and implement a procurement plan in a timely and efficient manner. S/he will
assist with monitoring departmental cost, schedules, and performance to ensure
approval and payment of transactions and deliveries.
Minimum Requirement Standards:

Bsc
in Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum
of five years’ experience in procurement management.
·
Must
be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
