Sage VIP Payroll & HR is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to head up our NIGERIA BRANCH.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently and would need to have to ability to focus on new business development as well as technical implementation and support of our software together with the normal operational requirements of a business.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
-Management of day to day operations of the branch & implementation of processes and procedures
-Management of 1 administration staff, 3 software implementation consultants & 1 sales consultant
-Project management of software implementations and supporting of software consultants
-Resolving software user problems
-New business development & support to sales consultant
-Client relationship management
-Monthly & Yearly financial reporting
In-depth training will be provided on the software systems and all internal processes.
