CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
We are an integrated real estate firm with about decade experience in property development and construction, with corporate office in Lagos. Our mission is to develop properties that guarantee enduring value to our stakeholders. To this end, we are currently seeking young and dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:
Facility Manager – FM001
Role Description: To manage the delivery of services in a residential/commercial estate
Reporting to: Head of Project Development

Key Accountabilities:
·         Developing, managing and implementing the Facility Management strategy for the organization;
·         Coordinating day-to-day Facility Management operations;
·         Developing and defining the Facility Management policies for the organization;
·         Developing, interpreting, championing and communicating the relevant Facility Management process and procedures;
·         Developing and managing all Service Level Agreements;
·         Facility inventory planning and management;
·         Managing all contractual third party maintenance relationships;
·         Managing the delivery of services (water, power, security, waste disposal etc) to Estate residents;
·         Preventive maintenance of all the estate facilities;
·         Developing and managing estate management and maintenance programs;
·         Appointment and management of third party service providers including using performance techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels;
·         Management of all in house maintenance staff;
·         Upgrading of facilities to meet customer or regulatory demands;
·         Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head of Project Development.
Person Profile:
·         First and/or second Degree in any Construction related field e.g. Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Facilities Management, Estate management or Building.
·         A master’s degree in Facility Management would be an added advantage;
·         Membership of any of the following RIBA, NSE, IFM, RICS, NIESV would be an added advantage;
·         Must have at least 8 years cognate Facility Management experience with at least 3 years at management level;
·         Hands on Facilities Management experience;
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales ExecutiveSE001 Role Description: To provide sales support for the Marketing Team
Reporting to: Manager, Marketing and Sales
Key Accountabilities:
·         Generation of sales;
·         Lead generation;
·         Render after sales support to new customers;
·         Liaise with external bodies on Sales related issues;
·         Monitor activities of industry competitors and trends;
·         Prepare periodic reports and analysis of sales activities;
·         Manage existing customer relationship as regards remittance of receivables;
·         Complement Marketing team’s efforts to drive sales;
·         Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the manager/supervisor
Person Profile:
·         B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences or Estate Management;
·         At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate industry;
·         Good spoken and written English;
·         Good interpersonal skills;
·         Attentive to details;
·         Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
Assistant Manager, Business Development – AMBD001 Role Description: To provide support for the Head of Business Development & Strategy Reporting to: Head of Business Development and Strategy
Key Accountabilities:
·       Assist with concept initiation, design and development of projects;
·       Preparation of financial evaluation/feasibility reports;
·       Preparation of business case and or investment document;
·       Monitors the real estate market as well as evaluate and qualify value adding real estate business opportunities for the company;
·       Assist with the development of high level costing and financing scenarios to determine the viability of each opportunity identified;
·       Pre-development management;
·       Develop and maintain a project proposal database;
·       Manage customer/client relationships;
·       Provide support to Marketing and Project Development teams;
·       Develop and build relationships with financial, technical and operating partners;
·       Assist in building effective relationships with relevant government agencies;
·       Develop and maintain a comprehensive real estate database;
·       Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head, Business Development & Strategy.
Person Profile:
·         B.Sc in Business or Social Sciences, M.Sc in Real Estate Finance or any related discipline. An MBA would be an added advantage;
·         At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate or Financial industry;
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills;
·         Very good presentation and report writing skills;
·         Strong analytical and research skills;
·         Project management skills;
·         Good working knowledge of Ms-Office (Word, Excel & Power point).
 Assistant Manager, Marketing Communication and Brand Management –AMMCB01
Role Description: To provide Support for the Head of Business Development and Strategy
Reporting to: Head of Business Development and Strategy
Key Accountabilities:
·         To support the development and implementation of marketing plans;
·         To be responsible for the development of in-house marketing materials;
·          Preparation of marketing presentations;
·         Manage the company brands;
·         Coordinate all advert, branding and PR campaigns;
·         Develop brand identities for any new products or services;
·         Manage existing customer relationships and develop new relationships;
·         Conduct  market research;
·         Maintain and manage relationship with partners, media and related parties;
·         Develop performance metrics for marketing spend;
·         Jointly manage the marketing budget;
·         Any other duties relevant to the assigned by the Head of Business Development and Strategy.
Person Profile:
·         B.Sc in Social Science, Humanities or related disciplines;
·         At least 4 years experience in Marketing and Advertising or media related exposure;
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills;
·         Ability to work in a high pressure environment;
·         Excellent interpersonal skills;
·         Good working knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power point).
