Position Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for direct and indirect sales into both existing as well as new accounts within Nigeria. He/ She will have to perform the account management role for key accounts in Nigeria. He/ She will be responsible for selling the value of NCR’s very rich solutions portfolio including software, professional services, and hardware and support services. Most importantly, this position will be responsible for growing NCR’s market share by maximizing customer retention and delight.

Major Responsibilities
Capitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover business opportunities.
Effectively advise customers through consultative selling.
Research the customer environment to be able to populate the business impact models
Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.
Rely on excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive level interaction and customer satisfaction.
Develop new business opportunities and close new account business.
Close profitable NCR Solution deals incorporating hardware, software, professional services, and customer services.
Qualification/Experience/Profile:
BS degree in IT or a business-related field.(Marketing ,Sales, Management)
Demonstrated success in sales with a minimum of 3 years in ICT solution selling.
Demonstrated success in managing large account relationships.
Industry knowledge preferable in Financial Sector and Telecommunication industries.
Experience in selling software and hardware.
Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing
Demonstrated good business acumen and negotiation skills.
Team Player, sense of urgency and result oriented person.
Good interpersonal skills.
