JOB TITLE: HEAD, RISK MGT & AUDIT
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB SUMMARY

Review/establish a risk a management framework. Ensure compliance with control procedures. Monitor investment risk profile. Carry out regular audit exercise. Ensure safety of funds and company asset. Apply modern technology to streamline and fast track responsibilities. Ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmark and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.
CORE COMPETENCIES
In-depth understanding of modern Risk Management approaches as it applies to Pension Act
Sound knowledge of modern internal Control Processes methodologies
Good written and oral Communication Skills
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: B.Sc Accounting/banking & Finance, ACA, Additional Qualification will be an added advantage. 10 years on the job experience, 5 years of which must be in a Management position. Preferably, a PFA work experience will be an added advantage.
JOB TITLE: HEAD, BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the management of the three critical processes in Benefit Administration. The candidate must demonstrate ownership and provide supervision for all the critical processes in Benefit Administration. The candidate must also position the unit to be able to respond to all enquires and queries from clients, management and Regulatory bodies in the course of duty. The candidate must make use of technology to streamline and fast track assigned responsibilities. The candidate must ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmark and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.

Good written and oral Communication Skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education; B.Sc in Accountancy, Social Sciences or Business related discipline with strong operation component. An MBA or additional professional qualification will be an added advantage. Must have 5 years experience in a PFA

JOB TITLE: FUND ACCOUNTING OFFICER              REF: FA/003
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB SUMMARY
To superintend Accounts for receipt of funds and investment of same and growth of assets of various funds under management, with competence in reconciling all issues in different aspects of funds report, internal and external.
CORE COMPETENCIES
In-depth understanding of PFA Manager
Sound knowledge of Fund Valuation Reporting
Financial Analysis
Good written and oral Communication Skills
