VACANCY
A fast growing shipping and logistics company is seeking vibrant, energetic and creative individual to take up the position of:
Personal Assistant / Secretary to the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description:
Ensure proper documentation, filling, storage and retrieval of documents
Manage visitors and customers to the office of the Managing Director

Receive and dispatch mails to and from the office of the Managing Director
Manage equipment, stationeries and assets deployed for use at the office
Receive and make telephone calls on behalf of the MD in line with best practice
Type and process documents as required
Arrange tea/coffee/snacks for official guests as may be directed from time to time
Deliver and receive message on behalf of the MD and other management staff
Represent the MD at events as may be directed from time to time
Prepare and present assigned reports promptly and accurately
Any other duties as may be assigned

Person Specification
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bachelor of Science or Art degree in Humanities/Social Sciences
Excellent computer application skills, particularly in MS word, power – point and excel
Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in  related roles
Possession of excellent working knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics business will be an advantage
Not more than 40 years old.

Location: Lagos
