Our client, a medium size insurance brokerage firm, has an exciting opportunity for a young C.E.O to drive its growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in any of the social sciences (second class honours lower division or Upper Credit minimum); A post graduate degree in business related field will be an added advantage.

• Must have a professional qualification in insurance
• Computer Literacy is a must
• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a composite insurance company/brokerage firm covering underwriting, claims and marketing, three of which should be in top management positions.
• Must have good knowledge of insurance regulations
• Excellent networking and business presentation skills are also required
• Must not be more than 35 years old
• Must be of high integrity.

3. Ensure the company is placed among market leaders
