Our client, a first generation bank in the Nigeria economy seeks to recruit highly intelligent, young and dynamic professionals with integrity for the following positions nationwide.

Customer Care Officers (CCO)
Job Description
Attend to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently

Process internet banking service and e-products request
Issue banker’s signature confirmation and reference letter as required
Refer customer request beyond his/her limit to appropriate authority
Perform other duties as assigned by Business Service Manager  

Skills Required
Good customer service care
Good problem solving skills
Good documentation and record keeping
Good reading and listening skills

Educational Qualification
HND Graduate Only (Minimum Lower Credit)
Age: Not more than 30 years
Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage

TRANSACTION OFFICERS (TO)
Job Description
Process opening, reactivation and closure of account’s
File customer’s records
Process ATM cards for customers
Replace lost/expired customer instrument such as ATM Card, Cheque books etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by Transactions Service Team Lead.  

Skills Required

Good customer service orientation
Good problem solving skills
Proficient in the use of MS  Office
Good oral and written communication skills

Educational Qualification
OND (Minimum Lower Credit) with 2 years working experience in the security industry/SSCE with 5 years working security experience
Age: Not less than 28 years and not more than 40 years as at time of applying
