1. SATURATION DIVERS
Job Description:
• Ensure all dive system electrical works (planned or unplanned) are approved and carried out safely and to the highest standards.
• Provide appropriate technical support for dive systems and all ancillary equipment
• Liaise with Offshore Technicians on all aspects of dive equipment
maintenance/refurbishment/upgrades; provide advice and assistance as required
• Assist in planned maintenance of the company Life Support Packages as required
• Onshore maintenance of diving related equipment, when required
• Assist in planning vessel maintenance periods/upgrades
• Update system planned maintenance procedures
• Review and update system electrical drawings as required. Provide technical advice and assistance on class, IMCA and industry standard
• assessments of Dive Systems
• ensuring spares are recorded and stored in a suitable manner
• liaise with all departments within the company to ensure good communication(s) are maintained
• provide cover for Dive systems Technical Authority when required
• any other duties as maybe be requested by your Line Manager
Experience and Qualification
• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial oilfield diving experience with references
• Able to diver below 200ft of water
• Available for rapid response call out work on 24/7 basis
• Skills desired include DMT, NDT 9MT, FMD, UT Thickness), Burning, Mixed gas (includes Rack Operation) and or Construction/Rigging
• City & Guilds or equivalent at least five (5) years experience working offshore on a DSV (Diving Saturation Vessel in the position of Diver)
• Ability to work as part of a team and to build effective working relationships
• Ability to effectively manage own workload, and to work within given timescales (both internal and external), ensuring project requirement are met.

2. CONTRACT/MARKETING MANAGER
Job Description and duties:
• Work closely with the proposal group
• Familiarity with project cost and report bidding activity monthly
• Work with billing group from the start to the completion of a project to ensure proper and timely billing
• Meet with Project managers concerning cost and revenue
• Serve as primary interface with customer representatives on assigned projects
• Interface with the billings group on a day to day basis during a project until completion
• Additional duties as assigned
Experience and Qualification
• B.Eng in engineering Degree or its equivalent
• Possession of MBA, an added advantage
• Self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• 5 years of experience in the mineral, Oil & Gas Industry preferred
• Knowledge of Offshore market trends

3. ACCOUNT AND DATA MANAGER
Job Description and duties:
• Function as the Account Manager for Sales
• Maintain the client base for these areas. In addition to fostering the business relationship with key clients, make new contacts and extend client base
• Assume the responsibility of being the Market Data Manager on a worldwide basis.
• Perform research and make necessary contacts according to market trend
• Perform as a member of the strategic Marketing team for the Company. In doing so, monitor the goals and upcoming project for clients and anticipate how the company can fulfill these needs.
• Maintain active business relationships with all clients.
• React accordingly to market trends and changing conditions. Remain flexible and make changes to client communications as necessary

Job Description and duties:
• Provide financial and management reporting and analyses on timely basis to support the internal and external SEC reporting requirement
• Prepare statutory financial packages and ensure timely fillings. Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency. Oracle experience preferred
• Coordinate and perform monthly accounting closing activities including consolidation and reporting on a timely basis
• Ability to travel as required
• Manage cash resources and provide regular cash forecast for areas of responsibility
• Prepare requested analysis, reports and documentation for the quarterly and annual financial external audits
• Prepare periodic reports required by regulatory agencies, vendors and tax authorities
