1. HEAD COST CONTROL DEPARTMENT:
Primary Objectives:
Develop, coordinate and manage procedures to ensure the efficient cost control of the Projects, including recording controlling, forecasting and reporting of all financial matters.
Essential Skills/Experience
12 years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry
Must have minimum 5 years experience in Cost Control
Accounting/Finance qualification(s) or equivalent experience in numeric/construction preferable
Proven computer literacy skills with experience in cost and project control computer applications
Proven ability to communicate effectively with others: (verbally, in written communications and in presentations/meetings)
Ability to effectively and efficiently plan /prioritize all areas of responsibility such as: Budgets; Time management; Resources – training and succession planning
Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of industry standard practices in cost control activities
Experience in audit activities
Matching Indicators
B.sc Accounting/Finance Chartered Account or CPA, or Numerate Degree or relevant year experience
Demonstrated relevant industry estimating experience, ideally gained within the oil and gas industry Knowledge of project management systems interfaces, i.e Planning Tool (P3/P3e with in Control, SAP, and any other systems, Via SQL) capable of controlling and monitoring project progress and expectations.
Demonstrate commitment to HSE management in a project environment High level organizational and planning skills.
2. CONTRACT ADVISER
The Engineering Contracts Adviser plays an active role in the development of Project Contracting Strategies including project specific compensation on major oil and gas, construction and other engineering works project, through development and award of contract, to contract close-out
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Review
Review tender contract, and update checklist template in the system
Co-ordinate feedback session with all stakeholders regarding key legal contract ramifications & issues
As necessary liaise with Company Lawyer, for clarification and direction about legal aspects and liabilities and prepare correspondence requesting Client to provide amendments to the original contract.
Liaise with Client, and all internal stakeholders for obtaining agreement and contract sign off.
Skills, Education, Experience
A good university degree in engineering with advanced degree in business studies such as MBA or commercial law
Minimum of 10 years of contract administration experience preferably on oil and gas engineering projects.
Familiar with WBS and their application when developing/using progress monitoring
Experience executing major oil and gas engineering contracts
Adept at the development or detailed contractual terms and conditions
Have a proven track record in contract negotiations and administration
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Lead meetings with all project sponsors, project engineers and project managers during the tender/RFP process
Experience working effectively with project engineers and understand their technical plans and specifications.
Experience in project management, souring and establishing relationships to win business for the company.
3. ASSISTANT CONTRACT ADVISER:
Same as above with regard to specific key functions
Skills, Education, Experience
A good university degree in Account/MBA plus Commercial Law or Engineering plus MBA or Commercial Law
Minimum of 8 years of contracts administration experience preferably on oil and gas engineering projects
Experience executing oil and gas engineering contracts
Adept at the development of detailed contractual terms and conditions
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working effectively with engineers and understand their technical plans and specifications.
Experience in project management, sourcing and establishing relationships to win business for the company.
4. HEAD QAQC/HSE MANAGEMENT
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing, developing, promoting, implementing, administering and maintaining companywide QAQC and HSE management standards.
Skills, Education, experience
A good university degree in engineering or science discipline
Professional qualification such as NEBOTH, IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 auditor certificates etc.
Minimum of 8 years of managing the QAQC/HSE function for production facilities/projects with at least 2 years of leading a quality management system.
Proven leadership record within the Oil and gas or related industry and experience in managing HSE within green and brown field environments.
Good knowledge of QMS, Health, Safety and Environmental management standards e.g ISO 9001, HSE statutory instruments OSHAS 18000 etc
Experience in audits, incident investigations, reporting and performance management
Good communication and interpersonal relation skills.

5. SOLAR ENERGY ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN
Solar Energy Technician is responsible for installing; repairing, maintaining and operating all the equipments which the systems don’t work properly then repair equipments.
6. POWER SYSTEMS ENGINEER
She successful candidates will be responsible for identify new business opportunities and potential across oil and gas industry sectors including refineries, petrochemicals plants and relevant manufacturing companies, developing a business development strategy to actualize the sake and business development objectives.
Skills, Qualification and Experience
B.sc, Electrical Engineering of not less than 8 years, Membership of Foreign or Local professional bodies like: IET, IEEE, ASES, NSE, Membership of COREN is an advantage
HND Electrical Engineering/Electronics for TECHNICIANS with minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Good knowledge of power systems, renewable energy solutions and its effective development
Good knowledge of Preparation of both and commercial tenders
Material selection and Procurement for all awarded solar and power projects
You will have a high degree of competence in use of tools for analysis of data for creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations of new equipment and servicing, and re-calibrating of new equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop relationship with others, troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
