EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The successful candidate shall oversee the day to day running of the organization in line with the long term strategic vision of the Board of Directors. He shall be guided by strong commitment to ensuring corporate governance principles, and accountability. He will be required to provide strategic leadership, direction and guidance for the organization towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the organization vision and values as well as the implementation of such business and investment strategies that will impact positively on the organization’s bottom line.
Qualification:
• A first degree in Economics, Finance, Business administrative or any relevant discipline
• A post – graduate degree(s) any Business/Finance related field
• Minimum of 15 years post graduation experience of which 7 years must have been in Executive Director/Director position
• Good understanding of administration and financial management
• Strong professional profile with excellent business development skills
• Good leadership skills, business management, interpersonal skills with excellent track record of measurable results.
PRINCIPAL (Expatriate)
Minimum Qualification:
• The ideal candidate must be energetic, highly motivated, exceptional and ready to support the school into new and exciting future in line with the strategic vision of the Board of Director.
• B.Sc/B.A/B.Ed/M.Ed
• Minimum of 8 years cognate working experience out of which 3 must be as Principal in a reputable school
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian and British or American curriculum
• Excellent managerial, supervisory and leadership qualifies
• Passion for working with children
• Good interpersonal and persuasive skills – a team builder
• International working experience is also an advantage
HEAD TEACHER
• The ideal candidate must be creative with a thorough understanding of best educational practices, passion and commitment to move the school forward
• Minimum of 3 years as Head teacher in a reputable Nursery and Primary School
• Good knowledge of British National Curriculum from foundation years
• Should have love for children
• Should be of even temperament
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A post graduate Diploma in Education/Diploma in Montessori Education and Masters’ degree are added advantage
PUBLIC RELATIONS/MARKETING MANAGER
The ideal candidate shall oversee the activities of the organization’s marketing team in line with the strategic vision of the Board of Directors. He shall be guided by strong commitment to improve on the organization’s revenue generation strategy. He will be required to develop and implement revenue and profitability plans.
Qualification:
• A first degree /HND in Marketing or any relevant discipline
• Certified member of relevant professional body
• Must have a strong execution capacity and good interpersonal relationship skills
• Minimum of 7 years cognate experience of which 4 years must have been in supervisory role
CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
The ideal candidate shall oversee the day to day running of the organization’s security team. He shall provide the required structure to ensure security of lives and properties within the organization, in line with the strategic vision of the Board of Directors.
Qualification:
• A first degree in Sociology, Criminology and Deviant Behaviour or nay relevant discipline
• A post – graduate degree in any Social Sciences will be an added advantage
• Ensures that all risks associated with the company’s operation are proactively identified and mitigated at all times.
• Professional Certificates in Security/Administration
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience of which a minimum of 5 years must have been in Management position
• Good leadership skills, interpersonal skills with excellent track record of measurable results in Safety and Security.
EXECUTIVE DRIVER
The ideal candidate must have worked in a reputable organization with senior management staff.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of SSCE with good spoken English
• Must have valid license
