Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
A. ESTATE SURVEYORS: B.Sc or HND with a minimum of 2nd class upper or upper credit in Estate Management with a minimum of 3 years post – NYSC relevant work experience.
B. FACILITY/MAINTENANCE ENGINEER: B.Sc or HND with a minimum of 2nd class upper or upper credit in Building Technology and/or Electrical pr Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in facility maintenance/management.
C. SECRETARY: Minimum of OND in Secretariat Studies with 3 years relevant work experience and demonstrable competence in the use of basic computer applications (MSword, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, CorelDraw).
D. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN: OND, City & Guides, NABTEB-Electrical with minimum of 5 years experience in facility management.
E. GENERATOR TECHNICIAN: OND, City & Guides, NABTEB-Mechnaical with minimum of 5 years experience in generator repair/maintenance.
F. SECURITY GUARD SUPERVISORS: OND, School Cert. with not less than 6 years working experience in a security outfit.
G. PLUMBERS: OND, City & Guides, NABTEEB – Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management.
H. DRIVERS: Must have current drivers license with not less than 6 years driving experience. Must have current drivers license with not less than 6 years driving experience.
I. CLEANERS: Must be able to communicate in English Language. Experience in cleaning job with be an advantage.
