1. Estate Surveyor & Valuer
Qualification
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
- Must be able to drive with a Valid Drivers License
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate marketing
- Must be computer literate
- Good marketing and communication skills
- Professionals qualification – ANIVS will be an added advantage
NB:
- For the Management Department, candidates must have experience in the management of commercial and residential properties
- For the agency department, candidates must have flair for sales and letting properties.
2. PUPILS ESTATE SURVEYOR
Qualification
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience
- Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers License
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market
- Good marketing and communication skills.
3. ESTATE OFFICER
Qualification
- OND holder from a reputable institution in Nigeria
- Resident in Lagos
- Good communication and marketing skills
