Position: Technical Officer (Community Based Distribution)

Location: Gombe



The Technical Officer (Community Based Distribution) will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality reproductive health activities with primary focus on community based provision of Reproductive Health/ Family Planning in Gombe state.



Minimum Recruitment Standards:

MBBS or PHD in Public Health or related field with 1 to 3 years post NYSC experience in reproductive health programming, with good understanding of family planning services in resource constrained settings, Or,
Masters in Public Health or related field with 3 to 5 years post NYSC experience in reproductive health programming with good understanding of family planning services in resource constrained settings





Position: Technical Officer (Special projects)

The Technical Officer (Special projects) will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality prevention, care and treatment and health systems strengthening activities with primary focus on clinical care and public health management of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria at zonal and state levels.




Minimum Recruitment Standards

MBBS with 1 to 3 years’ post NYSC experience in clinical care and a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria including provision of anti-retroviral therapy in resource constrained settings, Or,
Post graduate degree in public health with 3 to 5 years’ experience in clinical care and a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria including provision of anti-retroviral therapy in resource constrained settings. Familiarity with the Nigerian public health sector and NGOs or CBOs will be an added advantage.
